  I didn't belive him, found out, that the bolts came from the wheel bearing and we almost lost a wheel and got the exhaust leak diagnosed and fixed at dusty mechs right next door.

  But.. We came here with an exhaust leak at the manifold (which we could only describe and demonstrate as 'a weird noise, when driving with more than 2k rpm) and six bolts we found under our car.

  The mechanic dumped two liters of oil in the engine, took twenty bucks (which seems to be alright in cp) and said' nothing to worry about.

  I did some research and found out, that the two 'things', he pointed at in our engine bay are no oil filters, but the fuel filter and fuel pump.

  I think the second star is alright, as the petrol price seems to always be the second lowest in town and the mechanic here is a bit crazy, but absolutely friendly bloke.
