  Worth a look on any day of the week, and is open 24 hours a day. But please turn the lights off when you leave, day or night.

  God's people still gather underground to read His word, give thanks for his salvation, and pray for our needs. Our reliance is built on solid rock, and the existence of a church into the solid rock is symbolic of that firm foundation found in Christ crucified.

  But in Coober Pedy, South Australia, living underground is better in summer and winter. Our dugout (it's been dug - out of the hill) varies in temperature from 22-26 degrees. It can reach zero in winter overnight, and often 40s in mid-summer.
